Let the part speak

It has the keys for your healing 🗝️

Before judging it

Before trying to fix it

Before going on Instagram to avoid it

Before pushing past it

Before making it a problem

Before analysing it.

Let the part speak.

First, it might speak through sensations and feelings.

A warmth in the belly.

A contraction in the chest.

A lump in the throat.

A softness in the hands.

A tightness in the jaw.

A holding of the breath.

The part may be trying to tell you something. Sensations are one of the languages it speaks.

When you turn toward it, rather than try to get rid of it, you might be surprised by what comes. Like for me, here.

When you give space to it with curiosity, it might show you more (images, memories, what it’s afraid of, what it needs).

Now you’ve got a relationship rather than a war.

And from here, new possibilities can emerge.

It all starts with that connection. Turning toward. Letting the part speak and listening to it.

That’s when profound healing and change can really happen.
