whole self internal family systems (IFS)-informed group coaching

program details

Find out what it’s about, week by week.

What this course actually is...

WHOLE SELF is a 6-week guided Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed journey, grounded in mindfulness and somatic work (online).

It can help you...

  • Relate to the 'difficult' parts of you in a different way (e.g. overthinking, people-pleasing, shut down, self-criticism)

  • Integrate them so they feel safe enough to lay their protective strategies down (i.e. your life changes)

  • Build trust with yourself (accessing your innate confidence, self-compassion, balance)

  • Reduce the inner battle

If you’ve felt like the inner work you’ve done kept you stuck in your head, WHOLE SELF IFS-informed work is different.

This work includes:

    •    Somatic processing (working with the body, not just thinking our way to healing)
    •    Guided IFS-informed sessions (not just talking about your patterns, but meeting them directly)
    •    Nervous system wellbeing (so you’re in safety as you're meeting this material, not in overwhelm)

What we do each week

WHOLE SELF is about useful learning that unlocks a new way of relating to yourself AND experience.

It’s not just theoretical, it’s lived

Week 1 :: Building nervous system capacity (go deep without overwhelm)

You learn how...

  • Simple tools to bring your nervous system into ease, confidence and safety

  • Stay present without getting overwhelmed (so you can meet the material that needs your attention and the healing can stick)

  • Track when you’re in or out of balance and meet your needs more fully (this kind of self-care translates to feeling GOOD during the week too)

This matters because you can only explore and heal deeply if your system feels safe.

Week 2 :: Understanding and healing your un/met needs + parts

You’ll start to...

  • Understand how un/met needs drive patterns you're struggling with (anxiety, depression, overthinking, low confidence, etc.)

  • Identify root unmet needs driving your patterns (these can be current AND historical) (knowing the origin, means being able to make meaningful shifts)

  • Start to nourish the parts that need your attention and thereby they begin to release their protective strategies, naturally

Instead of unmet needs driving the battle, you begin to listen to and nurture yourself.

Week 3 :: The Internal Family Systems (IFS) model in practice

You’ll learn...

  • The foundations of the IFS model and use the frame to meet yourself in new ways

  • Recognise different parts in real time without the usual pattern taking over (this gives you power to do something new, not be stuck in the old ways)

  • Access a more grounded, steady Self state in connecting with them rather than resistance, battle or shutdown

  • Be with your internal world without getting pulled into it

This is where you can really feel the difference in how you relate to yourself and new healthy patterns start to take hold.

Week 4 :: Deepening the work: practice

You’ll practice...

  • Staying with emotions without losing yourself and healing them (not looping)

  • Working with protective parts (like avoidance, doubt, control) and helping then come home to safety (and let go of their protective strategies)

  • Healing wounded parts so your natural aliveness, curiosity, and openness can fuel you again

  • Allowing powerful internal shifts to happen naturally

You learn how to be with your inner world in a way that creates real change (without analysing or 'fixing' it).

Weeks 5–6 :: Becoming your own trusted guide

In these weeks, you keep developing your capacity to hold and actively guide yourself through your own internal process.

You’ll learn to:

  • Stay present and steady while meeting whatever arises

  • Relate to your parts with clarity, confidence, and care

  • Recognise when and how to guide your own process

  • Build trust in your ability to navigate your inner world

You learn a practical, embodied way of working with yourself which you can use in everyday life beyond the program.
