Some experiences — from childhood and adulthood — can imprint the nervous system and echo into your life.

In our tailored online sessions together, we primarily use mindful-somatics, Internal Family Systems and Tantric principles and practice.

Mindful-somatic healing is a proven therapeutic approach that centres the body (soma) with mindfulness. It helps you release trapped emotions in your subconscious and restore nervous system balance.
INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS
IFS is a form of therapy that understands that we have many ‘parts’ within us and sometimes there’s conflict between them. Sometimes these parts also conflict with others in our life. IFS helps build harmony between these parts. My work is informed by this modality.

Hi, I’m caitlyn
I’m an international practitioner and facilitator in mindful-somatic healing and parts-work. I help people heal trauma and knotty issues in their mind, relationships, family dynamics, sexuality and purpose.
I’ve been where you are.
I know what it’s like for anxiety and self-sabotage to stop you from living your life. Getting out there. Starting the business. Expressing yourself authentically. Having that kind of intimacy.
For years, I had clinical depression, anxiety and disordered eating. Negative and self-destructive thinking were constant.
I know what it’s like to do everything to heal, but still feel stuck.
I found the keys that helped me find genuine transformation: accessing the subconscious through feeling in the body, understanding the parts that are trying to be in control and the role of the nervous system.
With these essential pieces, I could resolve the root of the issue, not just go round in circles with symptoms.
I trained in these modalities and now help people with these exact tools for healing.
I’m here to support you to live your life — the one you can feel coded within you.
