Safe from rejection, failure, feeling unworthy, exposure, humiliation, judgment, overwhelm, loss of control, etc.
So when a part that wants to build the business is met with the part that wants to make sure you never meet the unknown or risk failure/humiliation, you feel a conflict… and you feel stuck.
A foot is on the gas pedal and the brake at the same time.
This is not because you’re broken, it’s because parts within you are fighting each other.
And when you fight yourself, you don’t win.

WHO’S FACILITATING this masterclass?
Caitlyn Cook works internationally as a mindful-somatic practitioner and facilitator informed by Internal Family Systems. With a focus on trauma-informed nervous system ‘parts’ work, Caitlyn works with people to heal trauma and knotty issues in their mind, relationships, family, intimacy and purpose. Working with people 1:1 and in groups for nearly a decade, her influences include mindfulness, meditation, Bwiti (an African wisdom tradition), psychodrama, nature, and ritual. She’s recently been based in Gabon, Africa studying the Bwiti tradition. Caitlyn is also a facilitator with ISTA, an international school for sacred sexual shamanism.
